Bring Greg Doersching into your office for a group training session covering the topics of your choice OR have Greg spend a couple of hours with each individual employees working to develop their skills and strengthening their weaknesses OR to BOTH!  The topics and format of these sessions will be discussed and mutually decided by owners and managers.  A discounted rate for the second day will be applied.  You can also talk to Greg about extended consulting arrangements.

Mentoring Program                                                                                                                                                              $300/month
Work one-on-one with Greg to identify and improve critical points of the recruiting process.  Service includes initial assessment of strengths and weaknesses, initial individual training to bring our desk up to speed with today’s modern practices – the entire recruiting process will be broken down into a step by step implementation process, weekly scheduled one-on-one phone consultation with Greg, unlimited “quick question” access via email and/or telephone.  There is no minimum time commitment - do it one month or 2 years - you decided what you need.

“Lunch and Learn” Training Series                                                                                                                                   $300/session
Looking for an easy way to keep your staff current on the latest trends and practices at an affordable price?  Sign up for the “Lunch and Learn” Series with Greg Doersching.  Done via telephone Greg walks through important topics such as planning, making recruiting calls, business development calls and so much more.  These one hour power sessions are designed to help your team implement key concepts in an easy and cost effective manner and will keep your staff motivated and on target.  It makes a great once a month program.  There is no specified number of topics that can be covered pick one topic or a dozen it’s entirely up to you.
